Brunch in Brussels No.3

Probably the most blogged about restaurant in Brussels…

La Fabrique

Each Saturday and Sunday, from 10.30am to 3.30pm, this restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat style buffet brunch.

I visited a few weeks ago, with James and our American friends – who were equally as thrilled as I, to find a decent iced coffee in Brussels.

The brunch costs 25 EUR, which is a little steep for Brussels but it is worth it for the experience. You can start with pastries, breads, cheese, hams and fresh fruit before moving on to an amazing range of salads and hot food. If you fancy, you can even have an omelette freshly made to order. Lastly, and only if you have any room left, there is a magnificent range of cakes to spoil you with.

Of course, I overloaded my plate and certainly made room for a little bit of cake at the end.

We were so busy talking and eating that I forgot to stop and take some snaps to share. So here are some from the restaurant’s instagram:

It is great place to pop-by for coffee or lunch in the week too, but just note, it is closed on Mondays.

As I mentioned above, this restaurant is heavily blogged about, hence how I discovered it. Here are the links to a few blogs that inspired me to enjoy brunch at La Fabrique:
