Fresh Air

Last weekend, James and I travelled to a little outside Exeter in Devon, England. We had rented a large country house on airbnb with friends. After perhaps a little too much indulgence on the Friday night, we woke late on Saturday, filled our bellies with a proper British fry-up and headed out to explore and blowΒ those cobwebs away.

There is something quite exhilarating about just heading off into the unknown, walking amongst the trees.

We climbed to the top of the below rock which we aptly named pride rock and basque in the glorious surroundings.

Here are my photos of the wonderful views.

Why of course, our exploration ended in the village pub and another evening of festivities.

Love exploring unknown paths, and what a wonderful walk you found. The cobwebs (and bacon butties) must have truly have been swept away after this stroll. (PS Found you thanks to the lovely ‘Thistles and Kiwis’ I am a fellow nominee πŸ™‚ )
